Lindsay Childers

Lindsay Childers currently serves as the Senior Director of Global Compensation at Elastic, a role assumed in October 2023, after previously holding the title of Director of Global Compensation at both Elastic and Databricks. With extensive experience in global compensation and benefits, Lindsay began the career at FedEx Ground as an Employee Relations Manager, later advancing to various leadership positions, including Compensation Manager at Comcast and HR and Compensation Consultant at Cascade Employers Association. Lindsay also has a strong academic background, holding a Master of Science in Management from Oregon Health & Science University and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Math from PLU.
