MacIej Forc

Maciej Forc is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience in product and UX design, currently serving as a Senior Product Designer at Elastic since April 2022, focusing on observability solutions. Prior to this role, Maciej contributed as a Senior Product Designer at Sumo Logic for a brief period. As a Managing Consultant and UX Team Lead at IBM from March 2014 to September 2021, Maciej led the UX Design Team within the IBM Security services division and designed security solutions. Maciej held various roles at Allegro Group from 2008 to 2014, including UX Team Manager and Senior Usability Specialist. Early career experience includes web development and design roles at Domena.pl and as a freelancer. Maciej holds a Master's degree in Economy with a specialization in International Relations and Sea Trade from the University of Gdansk.
