Caterina M.

Caterina M. currently serves as the Chief of Staff at elasticStage, the world's first on-demand vinyl and CD platform, since April 2025. Prior to this role, Caterina was an In-House Consultant at Bactobio, a biotechnology scale-up focused on providing innovative solutions in healthcare and agritech, from November 2020 to March 2025. In a brief stint in 2024, Caterina held the position of Head of Operations for a project at Polari Labs, which aims to address anorectal health stigma. Earlier experience includes working as an Operations Executive at Hanhaa Supply Chain Solutions, where the focus was on IoT innovations, and as a Supply Chain Executive at UFLEX Limited, a leading flexible packaging company in India. Caterina holds an MBA with a focus on ESG and Stakeholder Impact from Imperial College Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Cognitive Science from Università di Trento.
