Paul is the Company’s General Manager of Operations and looks after all internal and corporate governance related matters.

Paul has worked with the Elastomers Australia Group for over 15 years and has spent the last 10 years working in hands on Management roles within the business.

Paul’s key strengths lies in his passion for company success, the personal and professional development of people and his commercial and practical approach to business.
