Susan Botha

As our Process Engineering Manager, Susan is responsible for partnering with our teams and clients in reviewing and analysing operational requirements in relation to our product onsite, as well as the development and implementation of key metallurgical and process engineering strategies and initiatives to improve our product performance.

Susan comes to Elastomers with 21 years’ experience in mineral processing, project management, market research and analysis. In addition, Susan has previously worked as Process Metallurgist, Senior Metallurgist and has qualifications in Chemical Engineering and Mineral Processing.

Susan has vast experience in assisting with the overall management of the client relationship and will be able to provide any technical related support and solutions.
