Sebnem Tayyar

Sebnem Tayyar brings extensive experience in product development and research within the elastomer and laboratory sectors. Currently serving as the New Product Development Manager and Research and Development Senior Specialist at Elastron Thermoplastic Elastomers since January 2012, Sebnem's responsibilities include designing innovative products, conducting test validation studies, and collaborating with various departments to support production and automotive requirements. Prior to this role, Sebnem worked as an R&D Specialist at Biota Laboratories from July 2008 to January 2012, focusing on product formulation, stability studies, and brand development strategies. Sebnem holds a Master of Science in Polymer Science and Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry, both from Istanbul Technical University.
