Kevin Jenkins

Kevin Jenkins has extensive work experience in the field of engineering. Kevin started their career as a Software Engineer at MXM (Meredith Xcelerated Marketing) in 2009, where they served as the engineering lead for clients such as Gerber, Krusteaz, and Meals.com. During their time at MXM, Kevin led projects from design to deployment and provided technical recommendations. Kevin also mentored junior engineers to help them learn best practices.

In 2014, Kevin joined Cornerstone OnDemand where they held various roles, including Senior Software Engineer, Development Team Lead, Software Development Manager, Engineering Manager, Senior Engineering Manager, Associate Director of Engineering, and Director of Engineering. Kevin worked in these positions from 2014 to 2022, with responsibilities ranging from managing engineering teams to overseeing engineering operations.

Most recently, Kevin joined Elation Health in 2022 as the Director of Engineering.

Kevin Jenkins attended UCLA from 2004 to 2009, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Cognitive Science, specializing in Computing. In addition to their academic qualifications, Kevin has obtained several certifications throughout their career. In 2017, they received a certification in Situational Leadership from The Ken Blanchard Companies. In 2018, they obtained two certifications in leadership processes: Motivating Change (LPMC) from SSCA, Inc. in October, and Motivating Achievement (LPMA) from the same institution in May. Most recently, in 2020, Kevin obtained two certifications from Amazon Web Services (AWS): AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner in August, and AWS Certified Developer – Associate in December.
