Lennart Lepner

Lennart Lepner is the current Chief Financial Officer at Elation Health. Prior to joining Elation Health, they were the Vice President of Finance at AppDirect from September 2012 to December 2021. In this role, they were responsible for the global Accounting and Strategic Finance functions. Prior to joining AppDirect, they were an Associate in Investment Banking at KBW from July 2007 to July 2012. In this role, they advised on mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt financing transactions and other investment banking services on behalf of financial services clients.

Lennart Lepner graduated from Amherst College with a B.A. in Economics and Psychology. Lennart then went on to earn their Business Administartion degree from the University of South Carolina Upstate.
