Ekdam Abdelhakim has extensive work experience in the financial and hospitality industries. Ekdam started their career at Coral Coast Hotel in 2004 as a Financial & Cost Control Accountant and later became an Accounts Manager and Hotel Assistant Manager. In 2008, they joined Elavon Europe and held various operational roles before becoming the EU POS Services Manager in 2012. Ekdam then took on the role of EU POS Services Project Manager in 2014, where they managed EU POS, EPOS, and MPOS projects. From 2015 to 2018, Ekdam served as the POS Inventory and Finance Manager, responsible for financial planning, inventory management, and vendor cost reduction initiatives. Currently, they are the Head of EU POS Vendor Services at Elavon Europe, leading the team and ensuring compliance and delivery efficiency.
Ekdam Abdelhakim obtained a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Auditing from Cairo University. In addition, they have also obtained a certification in SIX SIGMA GREEN BELT from SkillSoft (SLS) in January 2023.
