Paul Mahon

Paul Mahon has a diverse work experience in the payments and technology industry. Paul began their career as a Solutions Architect at AIB in 1995 before moving to Orbiscom Inc. in 1999 as Chief Technology Officer. At Orbiscom, they played a crucial role in designing card processing solutions and collaborating with major card issuers. In 2003, Paul became an Independent Payments Consultant at Zest Technologies, where they also worked as a European Technical Manager at Verifone. In 2005, they joined Elavon Europe as the Head of Solutions Delivery for four years, then transitioned to Head of Global Billing and Interchange. At Elavon, Paul led a team that performed card transaction classification and implemented reconciliation processes. Paul also upskilled the team in SQL for reporting and process automation. Currently, Paul holds the position of Head of Business Intelligence & Data Analytics at Elavon Europe.

Paul Mahon attended Technological University Dublin from 1980 to 1984, where they studied Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
