Cindy Sonoda

Cindy Sonoda has extensive work experience in various leadership positions. Cindy started their career at Qwest in 1988, where they worked as a Customer Service Manager for almost 18 years. Cindy then joined QBE as a Vice President, Customer Care in 2005 and stayed with the company until 2015. In 2015, they worked at Concentrix as a Delivery Project Executive for six months before joining Arvato Services as a Site Operations Director until 2018. Currently, they are working as the Vice President of Specialized Client Services at Elavon, Inc.
