Melissa Schmidt

Melissa Schmidt has extensive work experience in the financial industry. Melissa is currently employed at Elavon, Inc. as the SVP, Head of Sales & Marketing Buy Now Pay Later | POS Lending, a role they started in May 2022. Prior to this, Melissa held various leadership positions at Elavon, Inc., including SVP, Head of GTM - Strategic Success in March 2022, SVP, Head of North America Acquisitions from January 2020 to March 2022, and Vice President, New Financial Institution Partners from January 1997 to January 2020. Melissa also served as the General Manager, European Alliances at Elavon, Inc. from September 2004 to July 2009. Before joining Elavon, Inc., Melissa worked at Nova Information Systems as the Director of New Bank Sales from January 1997 to February 2012.

Melissa Schmidt received their Bachelor's degree in Fashion/Apparel Design from Florida State University, where they attended from 1992 to 1995. Prior to that, they attended Niceville High School from 1987 to 1990.
