Ishai Hananya

Ishai Hananya has extensive work experience in the field of system engineering. Ishai started their career in 2010 as a Lean Manufacturing Officer at the Israeli Air Force, where they worked until 2013. Ishai then transitioned to the role of Operational Research from 2013 to 2015 and later became a Product Manager from 2015 to 2016 at the same company. In 2016, Ishai joined Elbit Systems Ltd as a System Engineer and worked their way up to the position of System Engineer Team Lead in September 2022. Ishai is currently leading a team in this role.

Ishai Hananya completed a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Industrial Engineering from Technion - Israel Institute of Technology from 2005 to 2009. Later, from 2013 to 2015, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management from Tel Aviv University. In addition to their formal education, Ishai also obtained a certification in R Programming from Coursera Course Certificates in January 2016.
