Niko Dulzhikov

Niko Dulzhikov is a Senior System Engineer at Elbit Systems Ltd since November 2022, specializing in the requirements, specifications, and architecture of complex multidisciplinary UAV systems, encompassing hardware, software, and electromechanics. Previous experience includes serving as Lead System Engineer at Versatile, where Niko led end-to-end system engineering and development, and as a System Engineer and Team Manager at Elbit Systems Ltd, managing multidisciplinary teams and overseeing product development processes. Niko also held positions as a System Engineer at RT - Advanced Aerostat Systems and as a Project Manager and System Engineer within the Israel Defense Forces. Niko holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from SCE - Shamoon College of Engineering and has completed further qualifications in practical electronics engineering and communications engineering.
