Shmuel Maman

Shmuel Maman possesses extensive experience in strategic procurement and program management within the defense and aerospace sectors. Currently serving as Vice President and Head of Strategic Procurement and Offset at Elbit Systems Ltd since February 2013, Shmuel has previously held roles such as Senior Director and West Europe BU Senior Director at the same company. Prior to this, Shmuel worked at Ferranti Technologies from 2008 to March 2013 as the Business Unit Director for Avionics and Mission Systems and as the Avionics Programme Director. Earlier experience includes a role as System Engineering Director at Elbit Systems Ltd from 2005 to 2008 and serving as Head of Technical Management at the Israeli Air Force from 1992 to 1996. Shmuel holds a Master of Science in Business from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev and a Bachelor of Science in Electronics from Tel Aviv University.
