Tal Yanay Lederman

Tal Yanay Lederman is an experienced data professional currently serving as the DWH data engineering team lead at Elbit Systems Israel since April 2024. Previously, Tal held the position of hands-on team lead data scientist at Vesttoo from December 2022 to March 2024, and before that, served as an algorithm developer and business intelligence data analyst & actuary at Vesttoo from March 2021 to June 2022. Tal's career began at Clal Insurance as the profitability and reporting team lead for life, health, and pension actuarial services, followed by roles at Benefit LTD as an actuary, and academic positions as a teaching assistant at the University of Haifa and lecturer at the College of Management. Tal holds an MBA focused on big data from Technion - Israel Institute of Technology, with additional qualifications in actuarial science and economics from various institutions.
