Scott Legler

Scott Legler serves as the Director of Business Operations at Elbit Systems of America since August 2014, overseeing key programs such as the F-16 Missile Warning Systems. In previous roles, Scott led client-focused initiatives as Director of Warfighter Systems and managed strategic projects as Technical Lead to the CEO. Responsibilities included administering operations as Senior Program Manager, dealing with various defense-related production and sustainment contracts. Prior to Elbit, Scott worked at Raytheon as the Taiwan Patriot Program Manager, handling P&L and performance metrics, and participated in the Supply Chain Leadership Development Program. Scott holds an MBA in Operations and Logistics Management from The Ohio State University, an International Master's in Security and Diplomacy Studies from Tel Aviv University, and dual degrees in Electrical Engineering and Management from Texas Tech University.
