Piotr Nowalinski

Piotr Nowalinski has a strong background in talent acquisition and human resources. Piotr currently holds the positions of Head of Talent Acquisition and Senior HR Business Partner at ELCA Informatique SA / ELCA Informatik AG. Prior to this, they served as a Talent Acquisition Manager at Zühlke Group. Piotr also has experience in leading recruitment operations as the Lead Talent Acquisition Delivery in EMEA at Lonza and as a Lead Recruiter at Syngenta. Additionally, they worked as a Senior Consultant at IBM and held various roles at Pharma Plan Bergauer + Partner AG | International Health Care Recruitment, including Head of Business Operations and Project Leader / Project Manager. Piotr's earlier experience includes working as an IT Recruiter at Roche and as a Consultant Life Science at Adecco Human Resources AG.

Piotr Nowalinski holds a Master's degree in International Relations from Krakow University of Economics and a Master's degree in International Management from FH Münster. Piotr has also obtained a Certification in Recruitment Coaching from IBM in October 2017.
