Debra Straub

Debra graduated from Clarion University with a Bachelor's Degree in Education, specializing in Habilitative Services before being hired in 1981 as a Client Service Specialist. Debra was quickly promoted, first to Lead Worker in the Powdered-Metal Inspection department in 1982, then to Production Supervisor in 1983, and again to Assistant Plant Manager in 1984. Debra was the initial staff person to run additional shifts at the St. Marys facility. In 1990, Debra became Operation Manager, a position she still holds today. She is responsible for all three production departments and their staff in the St. Marys facility, as well as assisting the DuBois facility in job quoting.
