Kadri Kruusaauk

Kadri Kruusaauk currently serves as Head of People & Culture at Elcogen since October 2022. Prior experience includes roles at ABB, where Kadri held several positions, such as Country Human Resources Manager for the Baltics and HR Business Partner in Tallinn, focusing on HR support, metrics analysis, and learning and development initiatives. As an owner of BabyBox Estonia from April 2017 to March 2022, Kadri managed a business providing essential items for newborns. Earlier experience includes roles as HR Business Partner and Talent Manager at ABB, and various HR positions at Merx AS, where Kadri oversaw comprehensive HR functions. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Human Resources Management from TalTech and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Audentese Ülikool.
