Elina Engman

Elina Engman currently serves as Group CEO of Elcoline Group since September 2024. Engman has extensive governance experience, holding positions such as Member of the Supervisory Board at Ilmarinen since March 2021 and Member of the Board of Directors at Versowood since October 2019. Previous roles include Executive Vice President at Caverion (January 2020 - August 2024), Chair of the Board and Member of the Board of Directors at Gasum (March 2017 - March 2024), and Chairman of the Board at Aurora Infrastructure Oy (September 2015 - November 2022). Engman's experience also includes board memberships at Kemijoki Oy and Suomen Maastorakentajat Oy, as well as a role as VP of Renewable and Energy Strategy at ÅF (January 2017 - April 2019) and Owner and CEO of Pilothouse Advisory Oy (September 2015 - December 2017). Engman holds a Master of Science degree from Teknillinen korkeakoulu-Tekniska högskolan, completed in 1997.
