Ileana Cesare

Ileana Cesare is currently the Head of PMO & Compliance and Head of Software Development at Eldar since October 2022. Previously, Ileana worked as a Data Engineer Leader at ERGO from September 2019 to September 2022. Prior to that, Ileana was a HR Manager at BluePatagon from February 2015 to February 2019. Ileana also has experience as an Oracle Database Administrator Team Lead at Garbarino S.A. and as an Oracle DBA/Functional Analyst at Snoop Consulting. Ileana holds a degree in Psychology with a focus on cognitive labor from Atlantic International University, a degree in Graphology from ICEA "Altos Estudios", a Master's degree in Information Security from Universidad del Salvador, and a degree in Computer Science from Universidad Nacional de Lomas de Zamora.
