Jocelyne Fliger, MSW has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple industries. Jocelyne began their career as a Head Reservationist/Sales Office Associate at Commander's Palace Restaurant from September 2001 to June 2004. Jocelyne then transitioned to Wachovia Securities, where they worked as a Teller Manager from July 2004 to August 2005, and later as a Sales Associate from August 2005 to December 2005.
In 2006, Jocelyne joined 2-1-1 Big Bend as a Lead Hotline Counselor until October 2007, after which they became the PM Supervisor/Training Coordinator until July 2014. Additionally, they worked as an Off-Site Supervisor from September 2007 to August 2014.
From August 2012 to December 2015, Jocelyne served as an On-Call Victim Advocate at Florida State University.
Since July 2014, they have been associated with Elder Care Services, Inc., where they held the position of Director of Volunteers and Engagement until January 2020. Jocelyne then assumed the role of President/CEO in January 2020.
Jocelyne Fliger, MSW, obtained a Master's degree in Social Work from Florida State University from 2012 to 2015. Prior to this, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Sociology and Women's Studies from Tulane University, graduating in 2001. Jocelyne completed their high school education at The University of Akron in 1997. In addition, Jocelyne Fliger holds certifications in Gerontology from Florida State University and in Supervisory Leaders in Aging from the National Association of Social Workers.
