Customer Experience Operations Team Lead at Elder

Katie Blower has worked in customer service roles since 2014. In 2021, they became a Senior Customer Experience Associate at Elder, where they are responsible for qualifying new customers' suitability for the company's product and managing the distribution of carers across placements. Prior to this, they were a Customer Service Supervisor at Waitrose & Partners from 2014-2021, where they were responsible for organizing schedules, legal compliance, cash office procedures, and training new and existing staff members. Katie was also a Customer Service Assistant at Waitrose & Partners, where they developed their customer service skills and became a cross-functional partner.

Katie Blower attended Nower Hill Sixth Form from 2014 to 2016, where they achieved A Levels in Psychology, Sociology and Citizenship. Katie then went on to Brunel University London, graduating with a BSc in Psychology in 2020. Katie is currently completing an MSc in Cognitive and Clinical Neuroscience at Brunel University London, which they are expected to finish in 2021.
