About the Position
The Eldergrow Account Executive (AE) works to support the Therapeutic Horticulture Garden (THG) Program at assigned Skilled Nursing Communities across California (with a focus in Northern California). This position is funded through a grant in partnership with LeadingAge California (LACA) and the California Department of Public Health (CDPH). The AE will liaise between the participating senior living community partners, LeadingAge California, and Eldergrow.
This is a full-time, hourly position with benefits including 401k, medical, dental, vacation, and sick time.
Location: Blend of remote and in the California communities
Additional Requirements**: MUST reside in central or northern California and be fully vaccinated for COVID-19**

Primary focus of this role:
As the AE, you are the executive ‘face’ of Eldergrow. Main responsibilities will include customer service relationship-building with community executives and other staff, educator oversight, program engagement, quality control and garden health, grant compliance, data collection and evaluations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
Education and/or Experience:
Preferred qualifications include a bachelor’s degree; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience in project management (2+ yrs), grant oversight, customer service, data collection & analysis and public speaking contribute to being successful in this position. Familiarity with senior living and/or elders ideal. Moderate gardening knowledge required.
Certificates, Licenses, or Registrations:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must have a valid driver’s license, auto insurance, access to a dependable vehicle, and the ability to drive. Must successfully pass a background check applicable to the position.
Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must have working knowledge of Zoom, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Drive and CRM experience.
