Katie Hauritz

Katie Hauritz is an experienced professional with a focus on customer success, marketing, and bookkeeping. Currently serving as the Customer Success Manager at Eldergrow since July 2022, Katie oversees the Therapeutic Horticulture Garden Program across various senior living communities in Washington, supporting both Eldergrow Educators and community staff. Previously, Katie worked as a Bookkeeper for R.J. Olson LLC, managing accounts receivable and payable. Experience in marketing and events was gained during tenure at Sculptured Gardens, while a background in media advertising was developed as an Account Specialist at KXLY Broadcast Group. Additional roles include coordinating special events for the National MS Society and marketing efforts at Comfort Keepers Spokane, alongside various customer service positions early in the career. Katie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Digital Communication and Media/Multimedia from Washington State University.
