Kristin Herrington

Kristin Herrington has extensive experience in education, currently serving as an Educator at Eldergrow since June 2017. Prior to this role, Kristin taught 8th Grade Science at Del Valle Middle School from 2013 to 2016, and held teaching positions at Hornsby-Dunlap Elementary School and Martin Middle School, where responsibilities included instructing 5th grade and 7th and 8th grade science respectively. Kristin's career began with roles in community outreach and environmental conservation, including a position as a Canvasser at Grassroots Campaigns and internships with the Knoxville Knox County Metropolitan Planning Commission and the National Park Service. Kristin holds a Master’s Degree in International Development from The University of Manchester and a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Science from the University of Florida.
