Frankie Quinata has extensive experience in client services and title research, currently serving as a Medicaid Client Services Specialist at ElderSource since 2012. In this role, Frankie focuses on intake, screening, and triage for Medicaid services, handling referrals from the Elder Helpline and other sources. Previously, as a Customer Service Specialist, Frankie managed Information and Referral phone lines, assisting seniors, elders, and disabled clients with accessing various services. Additionally, Frankie coordinated Veterans Directed Home Care Based Services, involving training and data management for veterans' inquiries. Prior experience includes working as a Title Researcher II at Security Title, Inc., where Frankie conducted thorough research on title reports and real estate records. Educational background includes attendance at Oceanview High School and Oceanview Sr. High.

You can help us ensure that seniors and their caregivers have support, access to care and the resources they need to live life to its fullest. We reach out to more than 12,000 people each year to people in our seven county service area including: Baker, Clay, Duval, Flagler, Nassau, St. Johns and Volusia counties. The programs and activities of ElderSource are funded by federal, state and local grants as well as private donations and endowments.
