Pedro Urteaga Unamuno

Pedro Urteaga Unamuno has extensive experience in journalism, currently serving as a writer for the Motor y movilidad eléctrica section at elDiario.es since September 2016. In addition, Pedro operates as an autonomous journalist since October 2013, covering topics related to books, classical music, and the arts. From March 2003 to September 2013, Pedro held the position of editor-in-chief at El Mundo, overseeing coordination among departments, managing advertising and editorial space, and supervising content across the newspaper and its supplements. Earlier in the career at El Mundo, Pedro was also the head of the Motor section, where responsibilities included coordinating automotive topics, conducting car presentations and tests, and editing related content. Pedro earned a degree in Ciencias de la Información, Filología Hispánica, Communication, journalism, and allied activities from the University of Navarra between 1984 and 1989.
