Lisa Duan

Lisa Duan is a seasoned professional in the field of compensation and data analytics, currently serving as the Manager of Global Total Rewards at Eldorado Gold since September 2024. Prior to this role, Lisa held various positions at Crescent Point Energy from June 2019 to September 2024, including Team Lead for Compensation and Data Analytics, as well as Senior Data Analytics and Compensation Specialist. Lisa's career began at Repsol, where responsibilities included Senior and Compensation Specialist roles from June 2014 to June 2019. Earlier experiences included positions at Mercer as an Associate and Analyst in Compensation, a summer role as a Commercial Banking Analyst at CIBC, and a co-op position as a Joint Venture Accountant at AltaGas. Lisa earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Business with a focus on Finance from the University of Calgary between 2006 and 2010.
