Trent Weatherwax

Trent Weatherwax is an experienced mining professional currently serving as the UG Study Manager for Eldorado Gold Corporation since October 2022 and as a Principal at Blue Hound Mining LTD since May 2022, providing independent consulting in underground mining. With a robust background, Trent previously held significant roles at MATSA as Mine Manager for the Magdalena Mine and Director of Servicios Técnicos. Prior experience at Barrick Gold Corporation spanned over a decade, encompassing roles such as Superintendent of Operational Excellence and Chief Engineer. Academic credentials include a BS in Mining Engineering from Michigan Technological University, a Master's degree in Mining Engineering from The University of British Columbia, an eMBA, and a Graduate Certificate in Alternative Energy from the University of Nevada, Reno.
