Kanna Kitamura

Kanna Kitamura has a diverse work experience spanning various positions in different companies. Starting in 2003, they worked at MATONY GROUP COMPANIES as the Business Manager and VP of Business Development until 2007. Following that, they joined Crosby & Higgins LLP as an Associate in 2007 and then moved on to MATONY Inc. as the Director of Operations from 2008 to 2014. Continuing their career, they served as the Head of Legal Operations at Guggenheim Partners from 2014 to 2018. Currently, they are working at Eldridge as the Principal and Chief Talent Officer, a position they took on in 2023. Prior to this role, they held the positions of Chief Talent Officer and Senior Director at Eldridge since 2020 and Senior Director and Head of Human Resources from 2018 to 2020.

Kanna Kitamura has a Juris Doctor degree from Brooklyn Law School. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree from Georgetown University. Kanna completed their high school education at Aiglon College.
