Quint Miniter

Quint Miniter has a diverse range of work experience, starting as a Fixed Income Summer Intern at Herold & Lantern Investments in 2021. Here, they were responsible for processing and recording trades of municipal bonds and treasury securities. Quint also completed opening and closing responsibilities for the Director of Fixed Income. In the same year, Miniter worked as a Private Equity Summer Analyst at ALEXSAR CAPITAL, LLC, where they completed Wall Street preparatory coursework and developed financial models. In 2022, they served as a Summer Associate at Eldridge. In 2023, Miniter joined the University of Pennsylvania as a Data Analyst for Men's Lacrosse, using R, Excel, and Hudl to create slide decks and summary documents for the coaching staff. Quint incorporated statistical analyses into their work. Additionally, Miniter is currently working as an Investment Associate at Eldridge. Prior to their various professional roles, Miniter was a committed Student Athlete on the University of Pennsylvania Men's Lacrosse Team, winning the Ivy League Champions in 2022.

Quint Miniter completed their high school education at Collegiate School from 2006 to 2019, earning a High School Diploma. Quint then attended The Wharton School from 2019 to 2023, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Finance. In addition to their formal education, Quint Miniter also obtained several certifications, including the PIAA Lacrosse Official certification from PIAA in January 2023, the Bloomberg Market Concepts certification from Bloomberg LP in February 2022, and the Bond School 2021 certification from The Municipal Bond Club of New York in July 2021.
