Fernando Arroyo

Fernando grew up in Phoenix, Arizona where he graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor's Degree in Business and Justice Studies. Fernando's passion to deliver excellent customer service was initially sparked while working his way through college in the restaurant business. Following graduation, he brought his passion to serve to the auto industry, first working for a Chevrolet dealership, and then for Manheim Auto Auction in Tolleson, Arizona.

Years later Fernando further developed his sales and management skills, helping grow a successful healthcare company, and subsequently operating his own successful restaurant.

In 2014 Fernando leapt at the opportunity to return to the auto industry and leverage his service skills, joining IBG/eLeaderTech® Variable Operations Coach Internship program. After two years working at a dealership, first as a sales associate, then as an F&I Manager, learning and successfully applying the IBG/eLeaderTech® way to serve guests and achieve dealership goals, Fernando graduated to become an IBG/eLeaderTech® Area Dealer Development / Variable Operations Coach.

Fernando is a bilingual business professional fluent in English and in Spanish. His motivation and passion to help others leads him to go the extra mile to deliver outstanding service and help their clients achieve success.
