Lesly Weber McNitt currently serves as the Senior Director of North American Advocacy and Communications at the Eleanor Crook Foundation and as the Executive Director of the Malnutrition Advocacy Fund, both positions held since May 2023 and January 2024 respectively. McNitt has extensive experience in public policy and advocacy, demonstrated through previous roles including Senior Professional Staff for the U.S. House of Representatives' House Agriculture Committee, Director of Public Policy at the National Corn Growers Association, and Chief of Staff positions at USDA-FFAS and USDA Farm Service Agency. Earlier career highlights include serving as the Director of Government Relations and Program Development at Farm Journal Media and as a Senior Legislative Associate at Oldaker, Biden & Belair, LLP. McNitt holds a Master of Professional Studies in Legislative Affairs and a Bachelor of Arts in International Affairs from The George Washington University.
