Jalessa Cherry, LCSW, LCAS, CSI, ADHD-CCSP, is a seasoned mental health professional with extensive experience in clinical quality and care management. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Clinical Quality & Care Model at Eleanor Health since January 2021, Jalessa supervises clinical trainers, develops training materials, and leads continued education programs while also founding the Neurodiversity Employee Resource Group. Jalessa's previous roles include owning It's Okay Not To Be Okay, PLLC, where clinical supervision and psychotherapy services are provided, and working as a Behavioral Therapist at QSS, focusing on military family care. Jalessa has held leadership positions at Coastal Horizons Center and Horizon Health Corporation, demonstrating a strong commitment to community health and clinical excellence. Educational credentials include a Master of Social Work from East Carolina University, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Applied Sociology.
