Alfonso Canales has extensive work experience in the field of QA engineering. Alfonso started their career at BrandsMart USA in 2008, where they served as a Department Manager for over 8 years. In this role, they managed a team of 200+ employees and oversaw daily operations in the computer department.
Afterwards, Canales worked as a QA Engineer at Spirit Airlines from October 2017 to February 2019. Here, they conducted functional, regression, and UAT testing for the Spirit website and application. Alfonso collaborated with a team to implement testing scenarios and worked closely with the development team to resolve issues and develop new functionalities.
In 2019, Canales joined ChenMed as a QA Engineer for a period of four months, from April to August.
Later in 2019, they worked as a contractor for PeakActivity and was assigned to Total Wine & More. As part of a mobile team, they contributed to the development of an Android/iOS application for internal inventory purposes. Alfonso also worked on an application that facilitated delivery, pickup, and shipping for customers and their orders.
In 2020, Canales served as a QA Engineer at Lavu Inc. for a temporary period from February to April. Alfonso then joined ELB Learning (formerly eLearning Brothers) in July 2020, where they currently hold the position of a QA Engineer.
Alfonso Canales attended Wyncode Academy in 2017, where they studied computer science, but did not obtain a degree. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Full Stack Web Immersive from Wyncode Academy in August 2017. Before attending Wyncode Academy, Alfonso obtained an Associate's degree from Palm Beach State College, but the specific field of study is not provided.
