Elise A.

Elise A. has a strong background in instructional design, learning experience design, and learning and development. Elise started their career in 2008 as a Training Event Coordinator at Maritz Travel Company for Ethicon Endo-Surgery. Elise later became a Scheduling Coordinator - Training Events and gained experience in coordinating and organizing training events. In 2011, they joined Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center as an Administrative Assistant to the Director of Cardiac Intensive Care. Elise then transitioned to the role of Simulation Education Coordinator, where they coordinated and facilitated simulation education programs.

In 2015, Elise moved to Everything But The House as a Learning Engineer, where they designed and developed learning materials. Elise then joined Senneca Holdings as an HR Manager, Learning & Development, where they focused on employee learning and development initiatives.

In 2017, Elise joined The Cincinnati Insurance Companies as an Instructional Designer II. Elise worked on designing and developing instructional materials. Elise later moved to Cash App in 2021 as an Instructional Designer, where they continued to create engaging and effective learning materials.

Most recently, Elise joined ELB Learning (formerly eLearning Brothers) in 2022 as a Learning Experience Designer.

Elise A. attended Xavier University from 2013 to the present, pursuing a Master of Science degree in Human Resource Development. Prior to that, from 2007 to the present, they studied at Bowling Green State University, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in History/Political Science. In addition to their formal education, Elise A. has obtained various certifications from LinkedIn in areas such as Agile Instructional Design, Consulting Foundations, Becoming a Thought Leader, and many more.
