Jennifer Ro has extensive experience in the field of learning and development. Jennifer most recently worked at TIBCO, starting in 2019, where they held several roles including Senior L&D Program Manager and L&D Program Manager. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Instructional Designer (Contractor) at TIBCO from October 2019 to July 2020.

Before joining TIBCO, Jennifer worked as a Freelance Instructional Design Consultant at eLearning Brothers starting in July 2019.

From 2016 to 2019, Jennifer worked at Mosaic as a Learning Consultant. In this role, they collaborated with stakeholders and field experts to develop engaging and interactive learning solutions. Their responsibilities included developing different training materials such as virtual learning, short videos, eLearning, and instructor-led training. Jennifer also led instructional content strategy, defined learning objectives, and created course outlines and instructional materials.

Prior to Mosaic, Jennifer worked at Cornerstone OnDemand from 2011 to 2015 as an Online Learning Team Lead. Jennifer was responsible for leading the online learning team.

In 2010, Jennifer worked at TransUnion as an e-Learning Developer. In this role, they independently led the development of enterprise-wide eLearning solutions, including identifying training needs, defining learning objectives, designing course structure, developing storyboards, and implementing deliverables.

From 2007 to 2010, Jennifer worked at United Stationers as a Training and Development Analyst. Jennifer also worked at ADP from 2006 to 2007 as a Training Management Specialist.

Jennifer began their career as a Training Coordinator at US Cellular in 2005. Prior to that, they worked at Moody's Investors Service as a Training Administrator from 2004 to 2005.

Jennifer Ro obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Michigan, graduating in 2003. Prior to this, they attended DePaul University from 1999 to 2001, where they studied Psychology but did not receive a degree.
