Nikita Twaalfhoven

Nikita Twaalfhoven has a diverse work experience. They started their career in 2013 as a Student Researcher at the University of Connecticut, where they contributed to building a lab specializing in experimental condensed matter physics. They also worked as a KASET Instructor, teaching children about physics through experiments and demonstrations.

After that, Nikita worked as a freelancer at N12 Forensics, specializing in accident reconstruction analysis and crime scene analysis. They utilized software like Pc-Crash and PC-Rect for crash modeling and had experience in report writing and attending court hearings as a court-mandated specialist.

In 2017, Nikita worked as a Data Analyst and BI specialist as a self-employed individual. They applied SQL using platforms such as Postgres, Redshift, and BigQuery and worked on database migration, data cleaning, and visualization.

They then joined Okay Industries, Inc. as a Laser Production Engineer, where they added value to part production and managed floor operations. They also developed a quoting sheet for the laser department using VBA and Excel integrated functions.

From 2018 to 2019, Nikita worked at ASML, initially as a Data Engineer, then as a New Product Introduction Engineer, and later as an NPI Project Lead. During this time, they gained experience in data engineering, new product introduction, and project management.

In 2020, Nikita founded Living with Dog, a company focused on creating products for dog owners. They also worked as a Technical Project Manager and Scrum Master at FineTune.

In 2021, Nikita joined PerkinElmer, Inc. as a Senior Manufacturing Engineer, where they specialized in manufacturing processes.

Currently, Nikita is employed at ELB Learning (formerly eLearning Brothers) as a Product Manager starting from July 2022.

Nikita Twaalfhoven's education history includes obtaining a Bachelor's Degree in General Physics from the University of Connecticut from 2011 to 2014. Prior to that, from 2010 to 2011, Nikita pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree at the University of San Francisco with a focus on Fine Arts, Physics, and Economics. Before attending university, from 2003 to 2010, Nikita completed the International Baccalaureate Diploma at the International School Hilversum, majoring in Visual Art, Physics, Economics, English, Dutch, and Math.

In terms of additional certifications, Nikita obtained the following: Applied Scrum for Project Management from edX in February 2020, Computer Science and Programming Using Python from edX in August 2019, Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from Scrum Alliance in August 2021, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from BadgeCert in March 2020, and CPR certification from the University of San Francisco in August 2010.
