Sneha Bhowmick Mukherjee

Sneha Bhowmick Mukherjee has a diverse and extensive work experience in various companies and roles. Sneha currently works at ELB Learning (formerly eLearning Brothers) as an Instructional Designer, where they combine their skills as a Trainer and an Instructional Designer to create unique learning outcomes. Previously, Sneha worked at Straits Offshore and Marine Singapore as an Executive - HR & Talent Management (L&D focused), where they were responsible for designing and implementing a job development plan, performance management, and skill development of the workforce. Prior to that, they worked at Global Indian International School as an HR Operations Executive, handling a wide array of HR operations and employee life-cycle management. Sneha also has experience as a Payroll Specialist at Radha Exports Pte Ltd, a Sr. Consultant - HRBP at Saama, and in various HR roles at Twin Engineers Pvt. Ltd. and Demag Cranes & Components Corp. Additionally, Sneha worked as a Junior Analyst at Nomura, where they gained experience in reconciliations and transaction lifecycle management. Overall, Sneha has demonstrated expertise in instructional design, talent management, HR operations, and payroll administration throughout their career.

Sneha Bhowmick Mukherjee has an education history that includes a postgraduate diploma in Human Resource from the Institute of Management Development and Research (IMDR) in Pune, which they obtained between 2009 and 2011. Prior to that, they completed their bachelor's degree in Banking (B.Com) with a specialization in Banking & Insurance from the University of Mumbai, which they obtained from 2005 to 2008.

In addition to their formal education, Sneha has also obtained certifications in various fields. In August 2022, they completed a certification course in Instructional Design from Mango Learning. In August 2014, they obtained a certification in Appreciative Enquiry from Samatvam Academy.
