Kathryn Lovell is a seasoned communications and policy manager currently working at Electra since December 2021. With a rich background at Good Karma Bikes as Development Manager, Kathryn successfully developed and implemented a new development strategy while managing grant requirements. Previous experience as a Development Associate at RAFT showcased remarkable achievements, including exceeding grant goals and orchestrating a large-scale volunteer event. As the founder of KKL Image Consulting, Kathryn specialized in personal style development and professional image training. Kathryn has also dedicated significant time as a volunteer in various roles with Junior League organizations, contributing to community impact assessments and program development, demonstrating a strong commitment to community engagement and collaboration. Kathryn holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
