Collin Dunn

Associate Project Engineer at ElectraMet™

Collin Dunn has a diverse work experience in various fields. Collin started their career as a Co-op student at the University of Kentucky Center for Applied Energy Research in 2013. Collin then worked as an Undergraduate Intern at Powertech Water, LLC in 2014. In 2015, Collin joined the University of Colorado Boulder as a Graduate Researcher while pursuing a PhD. in Chemical Engineering. Collin'sresearch focused on applying mixed-matrix membranes to natural gas applications. Recently, Collin joined ElectraMet as an Associate Project Engineer in 2021. At ElectraMet, they are involved in developing an automated, circular technology for metal and impurity removal in manufacturing and waste processes.

Collin Dunn started their education at Corbin High School from 2006 to 2010. After completing high school, they attended the University of Kentucky from 2010 to 2015, where they earned their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Chemical Engineering. Following that, Collin continued their studies at the University of Colorado Boulder. From 2015 to 2017, they obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Chemical Engineering. Collin further pursued their education at the same university and completed their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Chemical Engineering from 2015 to 2021.
