Crystabel Reiter

Crystabel Reiter has a diverse work experience in the field of design and event planning. Crystabel is currently working as a Product Designer at Electric since February 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Fairygodboss as a Senior Product Designer from June 2021 to January 2022, where they led the design for employer features, built the first design system, and conducted user research for job search improvements. Before that, they were a UX Designer and Design System Lead at Ad Hoc LLC from September 2019 to June 2021, where they worked on UX design for internal tools and DesignOps work.

From August 2018 to September 2019, Crystabel worked as a User Experience and Visual Designer at Phone2Action, Inc, where they handled end-to-end design processes, created a design system, and developed user personas. Crystabel also worked as a Product Designer Apprentice at Social Tables from March 2018 to May 2018, where they gained experience in conducting competitive analysis, user research, and creating high-fidelity mockups.

Crystabel's earlier work experience includes roles such as Teams Specialist at Sughrue Mion PLLC from June 2015 to March 2018, Meeting Planning Assistant at Meetings Unlimited, LLC from September 2014 to May 2015, and Event Planning Intern at Global Ties U.S. (formerly the National Council for International Visitors) from August 2014 to May 2015. In these roles, they gained skills in patent applications, event planning, site selection, and social media management.

Crystabel Reiter completed a Design 101 Course at Designlab in September 2016. From 2016 to 2017, they pursued User Experience Design and User Interface Design at Designlab. Crystabel earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in International/Global Studies with a minor in Asian Studies from Cedarville University, where they studied from 2010 to 2014. Additionally, in 2012 to 2013, Crystabel studied International/Global Studies at Yonsei University.
