Lourdes Rivera

Lourdes Rivera is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the VP of People at Electric since December 2021, Lourdes oversees IT support solutions and employee management. In addition, Lourdes is a Troop Member at TroopHR, connecting with industry peers to drive impactful change. Previous positions include Director of People Operations at LRN, Business Director at Saints Church and The Legacy Center Community Development Corporation, and Global Program Manager at Criteo, where Lourdes focused on people engagement and diversity initiatives. Lourdes also held roles at Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia and Yingli Green Energy Americas, where expertise in payroll, benefits, and HR operations was developed. Lourdes holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance from St. John's University and is a Master's candidate at the same institution.
