Stephanie Cuervo

Stephanie Cuervo is a skilled Fluid Systems Engineer at General Dynamics Electric Boat, with a Bachelor of Science in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering from the University of Connecticut. Prior experience includes an Operations Intern role at Amgen, where analysis and design of models for raw material storage was performed, and a Research Intern position at Graphene Composites Ltd, focusing on developing antiviral formulations. Leadership experience includes serving as President of the Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers, where guidance was provided to advance the mission of empowering the Hispanic community in STEM, along with organizing events that resulted in increased membership. Additionally, academic support was offered to engineering students through roles as a Pre-Engineering Program Assistant Teacher and BRIDGE Tutor. Early experience at Teatro ECAS included technical support and production assistance.
