Cynthia Bazlamit

Cynthia Bazlamit has extensive experience in HR and people management roles. Cynthia is currently the Head of People at Electric Capital since September 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Facebook as the VP of HRBP from August 2017 to June 2023, and as the Director of HRBP from July 2008 to June 2023. Cynthia also held a role at Apple as an HR professional from October 2007 to July 2008. Cynthia'searlier experience includes positions at Yahoo! Inc. as an HR Director from August 2005 to October 2007, and as a Sr. HR Manager from March 2003 to July 2005. Cynthia also worked at Inktomi Corp. as an HR Manager from September 1999 to March 2003, and at Valley Media, Inc. as a Compensation & Benefits Analyst from October 1996 to October 1998. Cynthia began their career as a Labor Relations Analyst at Southern Pacific RailRoad from June 1996 to October 1996.

Cynthia Bazlamit holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations and Affairs from the University of California, Davis.
