Rebecca O'Neal, GISP, is a Senior GIS Analyst at ECG since August 2016, specializing in strategic and technical services for utility operations that enhance community performance and economic prosperity. Previously, O'Neal worked as a GIS Analyst at the Georgia Department of Transportation and as a Geospatial Technician at Quantum Spatial, providing geospatial solutions nationwide. Early career experiences include roles as an AutoCAD Technician at S. Nelson and Associates and an intern at Cobb County Department of Transportation. O'Neal holds a degree in Geography with a focus on Geographic Information Science and Cartography from Kennesaw State University.
