Renata Naoumov

Renata Naoumov has over 20 years of work experience. Renata began their career in 2000 as a Trainee at Banco do Brasil, followed by a role as a Debt Negotiator/Personal Relationship Banker at HSBC in 2001. In 2005, they became a Graduate Teaching Assistant at Purdue University. From 2007 to 2008, they were a Human Resources Leadership Program (HRLP) Intern at GE Money. From 2008 to 2013, they held various roles at The Dow Chemical Company, including Human Resources Manager, Employee Engagement Manager, Corporate Recruiter, and Global Compensation Process Leader. In 2013, they joined Merchant e-Solutions (Cielo USA) as Vice President of Human Resources. From 2015 to 2016, they were a Mentor at BayBrazil and an Advisor at BraVe. In 2016, they began their role as Chief People Officer at HeartFlow, Inc. In 2022, they took on the role of Chief People Officer at Electric Hydrogen Co.

Renata Naoumov obtained their B.S. in Business Administration and Management, General from Universidade Federal do Rio Grande - FURG in 2003. Renata then attended Universidade Federal de Pelotas from 1999-2000 to study Computer Science. In 2005, they began their M.A. in Spanish Literature at Purdue University, but did not complete the program. In 2006, they completed their M.S. in Human Resources from Purdue University Krannert School of Management. Additionally, they hold a Certified Compensation Professional, CCP certification from World At Work.
