Jay Sunderland

Jay Sunderland is an experienced professional with over 35 years in Human Resources and Organizational Development. Currently an Adjunct Professor at Everett Community College, Jay teaches courses in Project Management, Human Resources, and Employment Law. Jay serves as CEO and Chief HR/OD Consultant for The JKL Consulting Group, overseeing a team and providing a full range of HR services. Additionally, Jay has held key roles at Electric Mirror, LLC, establishing its HR department and fostering a positive workplace culture. Previous positions include Vice President of HR/Employee Relations Consulting at Washington Mutual and HR Generalist at The Boeing Company. Jay holds multiple degrees in Human Resources Management and International Business from the University of Washington and other institutions.
